therapeutic putty and doughs...

my putty and doughs that i make are great for play, but also are wonderful for those who suffer from stress and anxiety!

i, myself, suffer from anxiety, and was having some anxiety one day when the concept for making putty came about in a conversation. and from there, all of this started!

the putty is more pliable, looser, and has a wiggle to it - making it fun to play with between your hands, letting if fall between them as gravity pulls it towards the ground before you scoop it up! it's not sticky (unless it gets too hot - but then all you need to do is allow it to sit at room temp for about 10 minutes and it's good to go!) - and great for older kids too!

therapy dough is a bit more dense - more like that dough you played with as a child (you know the one) - and is great for keeping your hands busy when that anxiety hits! it's moldable, squeezable, and shapeable. it also comes scented in different scents, and smells great! it's suitable for younger kiddos, too, as it's not as messy - however, they should always be watched while playing with it, and reminded that it's not edible (no matter how good it smells!).
